Who handles your enquiry
Demar Anderson, founder of Yerokom, is the named owner of introductory enquiries. Use the privacy enquiry route for questions, access, correction or deletion requests. A legal contracting entity and registered address must be confirmed separately before contracting; this website does not assert a filed entity.
What the form collects
Name, organization, email, enquiry type, an optional message, the privacy-notice acknowledgement and any estimate configuration you choose to include. The server recalculates estimate line items rather than accepting browser totals as a quote. Do not submit sensitive customer data, credentials or proprietary images.
Where it goes
Accepted form submissions are stored in a private Yerokom company repository on GitHub and assigned to the enquiry owner. They are not published in the website source, kept as a lead database on a laptop, or stored in an AAP job database. Processing uses the GitHub service; this website does not offer a selectable storage region for introductory enquiries.
Delivery and confirmation
The website displays a receipt only after the remote private record and owner assignment have been confirmed. A failed or unavailable submission does not receive a success message. Submitting is a request for a conversation, not a contract, trial approval or authorization to access equipment.
Retention
The enquiry service removes unqualified website enquiries after 90 days without activity. Records marked as qualified commercial discussions or placed on legal hold are excluded and require a separate retention decision. A daily retention task enforces the website-enquiry rule. Deletion from the active company inbox does not promise immediate removal from provider disaster-recovery systems.
Essential technical information
Cloudflare and the web host process request and security information needed to deliver and protect the service. The form uses a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie lasting up to one hour, used to prevent forged submissions. Anti-abuse checks use bounded, in-memory request-rate information. The site does not put enquiry contents into local storage, session storage, advertising tags or retargeting systems.
Direct email
Choosing an email link uses your email service. That correspondence follows the company email route and is separate from the web-form receipt. Do not infer web-form acceptance from opening your email application.
Your request
Include your enquiry reference and describe the requested access, correction or deletion. Do not submit identification documents or passwords in this form. A request may need proportionate verification through the existing correspondence.
Scope
This is the implemented website data-handling notice, not a substitute for an executed data-processing agreement or qualified jurisdiction-specific legal advice. No automatic newsletter enrollment, product account or payment is created.
