Stack-aware commercial model

Keep the tools you trust.
Price what you need.

The core platform unifies context, workflow and evidence. When an adequate customer tool already provides a capability, Yerokom is designed to integrate it instead of quietly charging for duplicate native coverage.

Working estimate

Model the estate, then account for the stack you already own.

This configurator applies Yerokom launch pricing policy v2.0. It is a planning tool, not a binding quote or a representation that every optional native capability is available in every release.

Existing enterprise capabilities

Leave a capability checked when an adequate existing platform remains the provider.

Pricing architecture

Core operating plane + missing capability coverage.

Core pricing funds the shared asset graph, normalization, relationships, customer-stack integrations, policy, workflow and evidence layer. Additional fees apply only where Yerokom becomes the provider of a quoted capability.

ComponentLaunch list priceWhen chargedWhen $0 incremental
Yerokom CoreProgressive asset pricing: $24 / $18 / $12 / $8 / $5 per asset-year; $5,000 minimumEvery customer using the Yerokom operating planeNot applicable—the core is the shared platform
Managed Endpoint Protection$120 per protected endpoint / yearYerokom supplies release-qualified endpoint protection / EDR capabilityAn adequate customer endpoint-security platform remains in place
Endpoint Management$30 per endpoint / yearYerokom supplies supported endpoint patch, software, configuration or remote managementAn adequate UEM / RMM platform remains the management provider
Vulnerability & Exposure$24 per managed asset / yearYerokom supplies release-qualified native vulnerability or exposure coverageAn adequate vulnerability platform remains the provider
Native Telemetry / SIEM$0.12 / GB ingested with 30-day searchable target; extended retention priced separatelyHigh-volume telemetry is stored in YerokomRelevant telemetry remains in an adequate external platform and Yerokom consumes context
Where a gap is fulfilled through a third-party or OEM product rather than a release-qualified Yerokom-native capability, the commercial schedule should identify the actual license or service cost explicitly.
Illustrative scenarios

The existing stack materially changes the estimate.

These examples use 1,000 assets and 800 endpoints and show why the pricing model separates the operating plane from optional capability coverage.

ScenarioExisting capabilitiesIllustrative annual list
Integrated enterprise stackEndpoint security, endpoint management, vulnerability management and SIEM / observability remain adequately covered$21,000 core platform
Management + vulnerability gapsEndpoint security and SIEM remain covered; Yerokom supplies endpoint management and vulnerability coverage$69,000 ($21k core + $24k endpoint management + $24k vulnerability)
Major coverage gapsNo equivalent endpoint-security, endpoint-management or vulnerability platform is retained$165,000 before optional Yerokom-hosted telemetry
Private design-partner program

45 days. Up to 500 assets. Start read-only.

The evaluation model is designed to prove useful context against a real environment before asking a customer to expand scope. Release-specific capabilities and limitations are confirmed before the evaluation begins.

Define the problem and scopeSelect the environment, priority assets, operational question and success criteria.
02
Connect up to three priority integrationsUse existing tools and read-only discovery paths before adding new management capability.
03
Measure coverage and evidence qualityIdentify what Yerokom can prove, what remains stale or unknown, and where capability gaps actually exist.
04
Authorize supported actions deliberatelyManagement actions are introduced only after explicit scope, control and recovery expectations are agreed.
05
Build the production scope from observed needThe production quote reflects the platform and capabilities Yerokom must really provide.
Understand the estimate

Recurring cost and one-time deployment are separate.

Private control-plane pricing includes a 35% recurring deployment premium and a separate $25,000 one-time deployment fee. Optional support is calculated on recurring software charges, not on the one-time fee. Hosted telemetry is charged only for the volume entered as stored in Yerokom.

Core pricing is progressive: first 500 assets at $24 per asset-year; next 2,000 at $18; next 7,500 at $12; next 40,000 at $8; above 50,000 at $5. The annual core minimum is $5,000. Taxes, external licenses and separately agreed services are not included.
